ClassGraphic Effective time management (beliefs, habits, team interactions, organizational culture) allows supervisors to better control of how to use their available hours more productively. Determine what MUST be done (key goals), when best to do them (priorities), and which activities may be discarded without compromising key outcomes. You will explore ways to gain more control of the truly critical aspects of your job … then identify ways to organize, prioritize, and balance the competing demands on your time and attention. In other words, effective time management requires effective “YOU” management.
