An increasingly important aspect of current work environments involves recognizing a person’s contributions in a way that keeps them engaged, motivated, and committedWhen done properly, this improves performance and enhances retentionWe’ll look at what motivates and demotivates today’s workers and how that differs across styles, situations, and different work generationsWe’ll explore different motivational theories and see how to apply them in demanding work environments.
