ClassGraphic A critical aspect of work environments has to do with recognizing people in a way that keeps them engaged, inspired, and committed. When done properly, this improves performance and enhances both retention and recruitment. We’ll look at what engages today’s workers, as well as what turns them off in the workplace. This means creating and maintaining a work environment where all workers can be energized, satisfied, and take ownership of their contributions to the organization, their team, and their own performance.
