We will review several typical difficult behaviors encountered in the modern workplace while seeking to understand what makes someone difficultWe will examine different strategies to counter those behaviors before they interfere with your leadership effectiveness. Apart from typical “people” issues, there are several routine, predictable situations that supervisors must deal with that will be difficult and uncomfortable but still must be done in a timely manner (such as performance reviews and disciplinary actions).
